Your software stays the record Here's #2071 closing in Rentvine
Whatever you run, your software keeps the work order. It opens, gets every step and closes once the tenant confirms the fix, or the vendor or technician marks it done with a photo or note. Shown here in Rentvine; it runs the same way in the other four.

Questions
No. You keep AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, Rent Manager or Propertyware, and your software stays the record. The work order opens and closes there.
All five are Live: AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, Rent Manager and Propertyware. Each one reads and writes back, so the work order closes in your software. Using something else? Tell us.
It writes only what happened on the case: the work order, the vendor and visit, notes, photos and the close. Cautious is the default, so it asks you before it picks a vendor, spends money, cancels work or contacts a property owner.
Someone with administrator access connects it in Settings, under Integrations. For Rentvine, that is an access key and secret. For Buildium, an API key on a plan with developer access. Each page lists the steps.
Disconnect any time, in settings or in your own software, and its access stops. Your work orders stay in your software.
